Thank you for the wonderful food last Thursday night. People raved about the roast beef especially. I thought all of it was delicious. Austin and his team did an excellent job of serving, looking for people who needed wine, always seemed to be handy when you needed to get rid of a skewer and cleaned up beautifully. It turns out, we didn't need dessert. It was hardly eaten, but that's okay.

Laura solved the mix-up on the table linens in a very professional manner. I really appreciated her going back to the store to get the ivory and brown which turned out to be beautiful. Should have started there . . . next time.
