Dear Alana,

While in Steamboat I had time to reflect on our Gala event. I wanted to thank you for your help in making a memorable evening for many people. I have received many praises about your staff and the food items were excellent. I did not know until our follow up meeting today that we ran out of vegetables, I think that reflects how delicious they were. By chairing this event I know I have learned a lot, one being a new appreciation for all event planners.
